Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

A shipment with tracking (Track & Trace) is required.

The customer is responsible for arranging the shipping label themselves.

3. How to Make a Return

Please contact our support team at: info@novadall.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.

You will receive the return address and appropriate instructions.

Products must only be sent to the address provided. Shipments sent to any other address will be considered invalid and will not qualify for a refund.

Please include a completed return form and the tracking number.

We strongly recommend keeping:

  • Proof of shipment

  • Tracking number

  • Photos of the product and packaging before shipping

We may request this information in order to process the return.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

Include your order details and clear photos showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will cover the shipping costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement.

5. Incorrect Product Received

Please contact us at info@novadall.com with your order details and photos of the incorrect item.

We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you must return the original order for a refund and place a new order.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Banks/PayPal may require an additional 3–10 business days before the refund appears in your account.

8. Exceptions — Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Products showing clear signs of use

  • Products not in their original condition

  • Products damaged or missing parts not caused by us

  • Returns sent after 30 days

9. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and custom manufacturing reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear

  • Opened health or beauty products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Any opened hygienic product

Exception: if these items arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days.
